Classes are held three times a week 

Monday         5:30 PM - 8:00 PM IST

Tuesday        5:30 PM - 8:00 PM IST

Wednesday   5:30 PM - 8:00 PM IST

All sessions follow the Indian Standard Time (IST) zone and are conducted online.

Yoga for All: Begin and Grow at Your Own Pace

  • Classes are held in a 1-1 format within a group setting. Everyone practices at their own pace, and class duration varies depending on your level. Initially, classes may last 30 minutes and can extend up to 90 minutes as you progress.

  • You can start your practice at any time. The latest time to join is 45 minutes before the closing time.

  • These classes are beginner-friendly and perfect for anyone looking to start a yoga routine.

  • We offer a complimentary 1-1 trial class, after which you can decide whether to continue practicing with me or not.

Important Guidelines:

  • Please use a laptop or iPad to connect to classes whenever possible, and try to avoid using phones. Larger screens provide a better view of instructions and allow for proper positioning during practice.

  • Practice in a well-ventilated room rather than open spaces for optimal focus and comfort.

  • Wear comfortable, stretchable clothing that allows for free movement.

  • Keep a yoga mat and small towel.

  • Yoga is best practiced on an empty stomach. Please consume your last meal at least 3 hours before class.
